Africablack Returns and Refund Policy

At AfricaBlack, we’re passionate about delivering fresh, quality coffee to your cup. Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee once it leaves our Roastery.

Returns on Equipment and Merchandise
For our non-consumables, including but not limited to Brewing equipment and AfricaBlack merchandise, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, your items must meet the following criteria: items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.  

To process your refund, we will request your receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Damages or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery for any damages, faults and that you have received the correct item. If the item isn’t in the condition you expected, please get in touch with us right away by emailing
orders@africablack.coffee. We will carefully review the situation and make corrections accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note, some items cannot be returned:

·       Coffee and other consumables

·       Custom or personalised products

·       Sale items and gift cards

·       Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Refunds Process
Once we received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If your refund does not reflect after 15 business days from approval, please follow-up with us at orders@africablack.coffee.
